Oral presentations shall be prepared and presented in English.
The presenter should deliver his or her presentation to the supervisor of the lecture room the day before the presentation or at most half an hour before the session. Uploading and testing presentations on presentation computers and projectors in the lecture rooms will be possible:
– on Sunday 2 June from 18:00 to 20:00
– on Monday 3 June before Plenary Session 1 from 8:00 to 8:45 and during a coffee break from 11:30 to 12:00
– on Tuesday 4 June before Plenary Session 3 from 8:00 to 8:45 and during a coffee break from 11:00 to 11:30
– on Wednesday 5 June before Plenary Session 5 from 8:00 to 8:45 and during a coffee break from 11:00 to 11:30
The total time allotted to each speaker is 20 minutes for keynote and regular presentations. You should plan to speak for 16 minutes and leave 4 minutes for questions and discussion.
Speaking time will be counted by clocks visible to the speaker and the audience.
Oral presentation room will be equipped with a computer video projector and a computer that is connected to the projector. Microphones will be provided.
The computers will be equipped with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
